Sarah Canepa Bang has been part of THE CREDIT UNION MOVEMENT for more than 28 years now. She has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of FSCC since 1999. During her tenure, FSCC has more than quadrupled in the number of credit unions, branches, and states involved in shared branching.  In June 2006 Sarah successfully completed negotiations to bring FSCC Shared Branching to more than 2,200 7-Eleven® stores nationwide.

Sarah is a frequent speaker at national credit union events on emerging technologies.  She has been a faculty member of the Western Intermediate Banking School and the Oregon Bankers’ Directors’ College.  From 1990 to 1995, Sarah was a faculty member at Portland State University.  Since 1999, Sarah has served on the Board of the Richard Myles Johnson Foundation supporting financial literacy in California.  She is a director of the Applied Research Institute funding practical research projects for credit unions.

Sarah is a passionate supporter of the Credit Unions for Kids program. In June 2006 she was named to the board of the Credit Union Miracle Day foundation in Washington, DC which raises funds for the Children’s Miracle Network. In December, 2006, she was appointed to the Credit Unions for Kids Advisory Board for the Children’s Miracle Network in Salt Lake City.

In her spare time Sarah is a professional artist with paintings in several galleries in the Northwest and private homes in the U.S. and as far away as Florence, Italy.  Her work has been featured on the cover of Country Pleasures magazine.

Much of the success of FSCC is due to Bonnie’s dedicated work.  Starting in 1993, as its CEO, she accepted the challenge of steering the company in a new direction, building a strong foundation for future growth.  As FSCC continues to expand its network, Ms. Kramer as EVP/COO, reviews and incorporates new services and products to support its credit unions in serving members.  In addition to FSCC operations, she is also responsible for Sales, Marketing/ PR, Business Development, & Customer Service. 

Bonnie has been active in the credit union industry for over 44 years. Her career has included managing credit unions in Illinois, serving as a Regional Manager for EDS Corporation’s Credit Union Division on the West Coast, as well as being the EVP for the CO-OP Network. Bonnie was listed on the Manchester's Who's Who for 2005 for Executives and Professionals. More recently, she was selected as the VIP Woman of the Year for 2009/10 by the National Association of Professional Women for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession and her humanitarian contributions.

Veronica Desrosiers

Veronica has over 13 years of experience in the accounting and finance arena, including the last 6 years with FSCC. Prior to joining FSCC, Veronica served as the Business Administration Department Chair at Everest College, where she also taught a variety of business courses. Prior to her time in the education industry, Veronica held the role of Grower Accountant for one of the largest produce brokers in the country. As a fluent Spanish speaker, she managed all South and Central American accounts. Veronica holds a B.S. degree from Cal Poly University and an M.B.A. degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.
