The free app, developed by LocatorSearch LLC, is available as a free download and offers over 6,400 locations to perform Shared Branching transactions. Water and Power Community Credit Union in Los Angeles, California and First Credit Union in Chandler, Arizona had won the FSCC network's “Ultimate Tailgate Sweepstakes” by generating significant growth in Shared Branching transactions during the contest period. The call centers promoted Shared Branching at Vcom® machines inside select 7-Eleven® stores.

FSCC announced they will again return Patronage Dividends to participating credit unions for Shared Branching transactions performed in 2009. This makes it the 10th straight year that FSCC has paid dividends to its shareholders.

FSCC Shared Branching Network says during the last quarter of 2009 four credit unions joined the Network from three major markets including Midwest, Northwest, and West Coast.

Officials at FSCC today announced that PSCU Financial Services and Ongoing Operations have joined the Shared Branching network to host the Credit Union Retail Delivery Convention (CURD) again. The title of this year’s event is “Delivering the Future Now.” The event will take place in Chicago on June 30-July 2, 2010 at the Renaissance Chicago Hotel.

FSCC and PSCU Financial Services today debuted their newly enhanced joint solution, CIMple® Loan by Phone. The solution can be implemented by any credit union, including Non-Shared Branching credit unions, nationwide. CIMple Loan by Phone can also be implemented by any credit union participating in the CU Service Centers Network nationwide.

 

PrimeSource Credit Union of Spokane, Washington joins the FSCC Shared Branching Network to provide their members nearly 6,300 locations nationwide. In the Northwest alone, there are over 560 Shared Branching locations, including 24/7 Vcom Kiosks at

7-Eleven® stores.

The town of Bakersfield, California has a new financial hot spot to serve its thousands of credit union members who don’t have access to local branches. The new hot spot is a self-service kiosk located inside the Vons store at 5700 Stockdale Highway in Bakersfield.  The kiosk provides multiple credit union services, much like those available at a regular branch.   Vons Employees Federal Credit Union (VEFCU) operates and manages the kiosk, while Financial Service Centers Cooperative, Inc (FSCC) provides the shared branching platform. The kiosk comes to the rescue of thousands of credit union members in the Bakersfield area, who as of recently, did not have access to their accounts within close proximity of their homes.
