Regional Users Groups

FSCC has Regional User Groups that are located throughout the United States. As the Network expands, User Groups will be formed in other regions. The User Groups are designed for participating credit unions in FSCC that are issuers in the Network, where their members use the locations and Outlet Owners who operate their branches as shared service centers. These groups meet with FSCC representatives to review Rule changes, new products and services, and recommendations for review by the Operations Advisory Committee. Members include Branch Managers, Operations staff and Accounting staff.  All Regional User Group meetings include free training.  To find out more about FSCC's Regional User Groups, please email Bonnie Kramer or Network Support Services.
